The Center of Attention

My friend, Kim, is in charge of picking up fresh bread for our welcome dinner on Friday night (it's a picnic theme with a make-your-own sandwich spread).

Since she'll be heading to Whole Foods for the bread, I asked her to go ahead and pick up a bouquet for me to hold during the ceremony. The request induced a little anxiety. She was afraid of selecting something that I didn't like.

Matt went ahead and took a camera-phone photo of some flowers we liked to give her an idea of our taste. It's a medley of wildflowers. I guess I need to figure out how to convert flowers from the grocery store into a bouquet. I imagine I'll just cut the stems a bit shorter and tie it with ribbon, no?
