The wedding gifts have started to arrive. Our friend, Nancy, sent us the most creative and time-intensive gift we have probably ever received (including birthdays and all gift-giving holidays): customized overalls.She painted us each our own pair and tailored the designs to our personalities. Mine read "Be the Change" and have teachery stuff on them; Matt's have excerpts from Pablo Neruda and running allusions. Both of ours have Texas flags and the bird image that was on our invitations and too much other stuff to even list. She even made quilted pockets.
