Vintage Wedding Dresses

Hooray for these vintage dresses that are eco-friendly and budget-minded! (Thanks for sharing, Amanda!) You'll have to look past the rather seedy ebay pictures...

This 1950s ruched prom dress starts at a mere $24.99.

This 1950s wedding dress starts at, um, $0.99. Yes, less than a dollar.

This 1960s Emma Domb dress starts at $34.99.

This 1970s formal dress starts at $19.99.

Wow!
I sometimes work at a vintage shop, and sometimes women will buy vintage wedding dresses, saying "I'm not even engaged, but I know that this is my dress!". After seeing so many beautiful dresses from the 30s and up, I know I won't be buying mine new.

Truly awesome. I stalked some bridal dress resale sites for a LONG time. I should have done an eBay search! My dress is awesome though I could always use a reception dress. :)

Thanks for sharing this, Sara! I just can't believe the finds I've seen on ebay since I started looking. There are so many amazing dresses listed! Even if you can't try them on, how far wrong can you go for $25?
